Acceptance of Terms

By setting up a monthly pledge, you agree to these Terms of Service and authorise us to process your payments as described below.

Payment Details

Recurring Payments: Your pledge will be processed automatically on a monthly basis on or near the same day each month that you initially signed up.

Amount: The pledge amount will remain consistent each month unless you choose to modify it at https://billing.stripe.com/p/login/14A3cuajrbfvbn24KidnW00
Payment Processing: All payments are securely processed through Stripe Inc a third-party payment processor. By providing your payment information, you agree to Stripe's Services Agreement and Privacy Policy.

Payment Authorisation

Authorisation: You authorise us to charge your designated payment method (credit card, debit card, or bank account) for the pledge amount on a recurring monthly basis.
Payment Method Updates: You are responsible for maintaining current, complete, and accurate payment method information. Please update your payment details promptly if your card expires or your information changes.
Failed Payments: If a payment fails due to insufficient funds, expired card, or other reasons, we may attempt to process the payment again. We will notify you of any failed payments.

Cancellation and Modifications

Right to Cancel: You may cancel your recurring payment at any time.
Cancellation Timing: Cancellations must be submitted at least [3-5] business days before your next scheduled payment date to avoid being charged for the upcoming month.
Modifications: You may modify your donation amount at any time. Manage your payment by logging into the Customer portal at https://billing.stripe.com/p/login/14A3cuajrbfvbn24KidnW00
No Refunds: All pledges and/or donations are final and non-refundable. If you cancel your recurring pledge, you will not be charged for subsequent months, but previous donations will not be refunded.

Data Privacy and Security

Payment Information: Your payment information is processed and stored securely by Stripe. We do not store your complete credit card or bank account information on our servers.
Communications: By enrolling, you agree to receive email receipts, donation confirmations, and periodic updates about our organisation. You may opt out of non-essential communications at any time.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify you of any material changes via email.
